About VAP Consulting

VAP Consulting and Training LLC. is a consulting service with over 30 years of experience in the Probation & Pretrial Services Office. As the former Chief U.S. Probation Officer, I have created the RISE Reentry Court and supervised 3 units including Pretrial, Presentence, and Post Conviction. I am also a Substance Abuse & Mental Health Specialist for the district. My experience has given me knowledge about the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, writing and reviewing presentence reports, and the intricacies of the criminal justice system.
